All product content, Photographs  and designs displayed on this website are our own and the original creative property of Atelier Kingsley.

All companies and persons that use any and all content on this website without authorisation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Atelier Kingsley reserves the right to refuse the business of any person or organisation without explanation

SHIPPING POLICY

Where possible, we ship all furniture using International Courier Services specialising in the handling of Antiques & Fine Arts.

In addition, we use a professional packaging service for all furniture and objet d'art.

This includes custom made boxes and shipping crates where necessary.

Our priority is to ensure your purchase reaches you intact and on time.

We also ship worldwide using most major international courier services. 

Also, customers now have the ability to use 'Own Courier Service' (eg: Personal FedEx Accounts) for shipments.

Do let us know your Personal Courier Account number before placing your orders.
 
We endeavour to dispatch all items within 72hrs of cleared funds.

Larger furniture and some objet d'art may need up to 10 working days to prepare for dispatch.
 

International delivery times may vary based on destination and preferred service.

On average most parcels will arrive in 3 to 10 working days, but may be delayed up to 21 working days.

Online tracking details will be updated on all orders, buyers will be able to follow the progress of a shipment.

Some International shipments are subject to Customs Duties and Tax.

Be aware, buyer is responsible for payment of such duties when they arise.

 

As we only ship items using recorded signed for services, delivery is always guaranteed.

In the unlikely event of lost or delayed packages, Atelier Kingsley will assist to ensure the recovery or delivery of the shipment but cannot be held responsible for such loss or delays.

Additional insurance cover is available on request.

Payment by Bank Transfer also available.

RETURN POLICY

Atelier Kingsley has a 14 days Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
You must contact us within 3 days of receipt, and return item within 7 days of receipt.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods, Custom Designed Goods and Ephemera items cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products,
Some jewellery, accessories and earrings
Some health and personal care items.

All Personalised Goods.

To complete your return, you will need to fill in our Returns Form for a Returns Code from us.
Please wait for us to confirm a Return before dispatching the product.

All refunds typically issued within 72hrs of receipt of returned goods in original condition.
